Born in 1978 to a Croatian family in Astoria, Queens, Dennis was working in his father's restaurants as a kid.

Part of Delmonico's since 1998, he has carried America's first fine dining restaurant through 9/11, Hurricane Sandy, the financial crisis, and COVID-19.

When the doors closed in 2020, he wrote "I'll be back" on a wooden hanger. Delmonico's reopened in September 2023.
Dennis shares those lessons from the stage and writes about hospitality, mindfulness, and leadership.
