Delmonico's
56 Beaver Street, Financial District. America's first fine dining restaurant, serving since 1837, reopened in September 2023. Dennis is Owner and Executive Culinary Partner of Delmonico's Hospitality Group.
Delmonico's Midtown
A second Delmonico's is coming to 1330 Avenue of the Americas. In Dennis's words: "Delmonico's was born here, we're not a national chain entering the market, we helped define it."
TUCCI
643 Broadway, NoHo. Opened in March 2024 by Dennis and partner Joseph Licul with Max Tucci, grandson of Oscar Tucci, who ran Delmonico's from 1926 to 1977.
Boogie Lab USA
Dennis co-founded Boogie Lab USA to bring the Croatian artisan sourdough bakery to New York, with a bakery, bistro, and bar planned for 4015 Broadway.
Investing in What's Next
Beyond his own restaurants, Dennis invests in early-stage companies. What connects all of it is the code behind Life at Steak, and he writes regularly about his thinking on stewarding legacy brands.
